This Privacy Policy explains how Treble Games LIMITED ("Treble Games", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit treblegames.com (the "Site").
Treble Games LIMITED is a company registered in England, United Kingdom, and is the data controller for personal data collected through the Site.

This policy covers the Site only. Our games are governed by their own terms and privacy notices, available on the relevant storefronts.
1. What Data We Collect
We collect very little. Specifically:
Newsletter signups. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. This is handled by our newsletter provider, Beehiiv (see Section 4).
Contact form. If you use the contact form, you give us your name, your email address and whatever you write in the message. We do not store any of it in a database. The form composes an email and sends it to our inbox, where it sits like any other email you could have sent us, until we delete it. We use it to read your message and reply to you, and for nothing else. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-spam check that confirms you are not a bot; this passes your IP address to Cloudflare (see Section 4).
Technical data. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and request logs in order to serve the Site and protect it from attacks and abuse.
Embedded content. Some pages embed content from third-party platforms such as YouTube. When you view a page with embedded content, that third party may collect data about you (including via cookies) as if you had visited their site directly.
Fonts. The Site's typefaces are served by Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser fetches the font files from Google's servers, so Google receives technical information such as your IP address (see Section 4).
We do not run our own analytics, advertising trackers, or user accounts, and we do not sell anything through the Site.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To send you our newsletter, if you signed up for it.
- To read and reply to messages you send us, whether through the contact form or by emailing us directly.
- To operate, secure, and maintain the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
3. Legal Bases (UK/EU GDPR)
Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on:
- Consent: for the newsletter. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or contacting us.
- Legitimate interests: for replying to messages you send us, and for the technical operation and security of the Site (e.g. Cloudflare's processing of IP addresses to prevent attacks, and the anti-spam check on the contact form).
4. Third Parties We Share Data With
We share data only with service providers necessary to run the Site:
Beehiiv is our newsletter platform. It stores subscriber email addresses and delivers our emails. See Beehiiv's privacy policy at beehiiv.com/privacy.
Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery, and security. It processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs. It also runs the anti-spam check on our contact form and carries contact form messages in transit on their way to our inbox. See Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on the Site. Your browser requests the font files directly from Google, and Google receives technical data such as your IP address in the process. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
YouTube (Google) and other embedded content providers may collect data under their own privacy policies when you interact with embedded content. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not share your data with anyone else, except where required by law.
5. International Transfers
Some of our providers (including Beehiiv, Cloudflare and Google) are based in or process data in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, adequacy decisions, or Standard Contractual Clauses implemented by those providers.
6. How Long We Keep Data
- Newsletter email addresses: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data.
- Contact form messages: kept in our email inbox for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, then deleted. They are not copied into any other system.
- Technical logs: retained by Cloudflare for short periods in line with their retention practices; we do not maintain separate copies.
7. Your Rights
If you are in the UK or EU
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time (e.g. unsubscribe from the newsletter)
To exercise any of these rights, email legal@treblegames.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local EU supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident
Under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, to correct it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information as defined by the CCPA. To exercise your rights, email legal@treblegames.com.
8. Cookies
We do not set our own tracking cookies. However:
- Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance purposes, including for the anti-spam check on the contact form.
- Embedded content (such as YouTube videos) may set third-party cookies when you view or interact with it.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how embedded content displays.
9. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data (for example, by subscribing to the newsletter), contact us at legal@treblegames.com and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Significant changes may also be announced via the newsletter.
